Another pointless dating app. People supposedly match you then immediately disappear when you message. A total scam just trying to fleece you of your information and money.

I used this site years ago and recently became a new paid subscriber. Boy has it changed! Has the entire world became greedy? I wasn’t able to search on my own because every time I signed on I would get a prefab message that said “boost” yourself to be seen better. Better? What did I pay s 6 months subscription for site to control the narrative. And they offer no link on the site to contact them. What a rip off! I deleted my account, only having it for 2 weeks. Beware!!!

There are more frauds on this site, than are sitting in jails. They don’t want you to find someone, because then you and the money will go away. I only started a profile to see what there was to see. I can say that all of the the complaints on here are legit. I can’t even access the account part to delete the profile. Beware!

I have never received even one legitimate response… ever! I believe the site is a scam from top to bottom and as a consistently active member for 9 months, I gave not seen anything to convince me otherwise.

If you like dealing with scammers and spammers and spend your time perusing the fake profile this is the site for you.

This is a terrible site. Can’t personalize your own profile, the search option is a joke, I get men & women who may or may not be actual people. And the very few who are a match are several hundred miles away. I asked for a refund after a couple days of actually using the site and they refused. Also paying 6 months for anything this cheaply designed should be unlawful!.

DO not use this site. First time I have ever used one of these sites. I wonder if it’s all a scam. There is no contact number for customer service. I joined for 6 months. Then at a minute past midnight after the 6 month deadline, they tried to take 227 euro for a year’s fee without any warning. Fortunately my bank stopped it. It prevents you cancelling your subscription on the site even though there is a cancel button. It suggests you use a contact form – couldn’t find one and you can’t delete your profile without contacting customer service. Of course nobody has been on dates under the current circumstances so we should really be getting a refund but these guys are just scammers.

This site is totally appalling, unless your a paid member you can’t see anyone’s profile pictures, they charge nearly £100 just for 1 months membership and the 3 months & 6 months membership are just as expensive. Membership costs are a rip off and not worth it. They offer rubbish discounts and don’t have any offers, it’s just terrible and disappointing. Major improvements need to be made to make this site appealing and they need to stop charging extortionate membership fees.

Stay away. They are dirty rotten company with no morals or ethics that obviously have slave labor deceiving customers! BIG FAT WARNING!!!!

Lot of scammers. Including them… many charges not justified. Hard to understand thier cancelation and how to add services. They trick you with wording.

The site is complete garbage and scam, the employees that work there are completely incompetent and probably are all from Africa.They are incapable to work and totally a unaware of international law. 90% of profiles are old fake profiles of people who used this site 10 years ago, it’s just waste of your time and money.Only jobless are on that website.

This app gives you no matches. Apparently over 50 people like me. Why am I not getting any matches then? Why is it not showing these people and letting me swipe on them? Just a scam to get you to pay for the extortionate app.

Don’t use them – you can’t trust them

This site is FULL of scammers and scammers. I can’t even count how many scam messages I have received. The only reason I haven’t deleted my account yet is because I undertake to report every scam / fraud message I receive.

They just emailed me that they were able to locate my email address with my original account after I have sent them many emails. However, I have to register with a new account. I cannot re-gain the access to my original account, which I am very disappointed although they refund me the last payment and offered me a discount to a new subscription.

Although I have had issues with this website, it was more over the women I contacted rather than a short comming of this website, From my limited but wasteful experience at “other” sites, It is delivered without the scammers, mysterious email from people, etc.

Unfortunately for me, I had very sad situations. Both were scammers.

This site is such bull. Try getting customer service on the line for a variety of issues that cannot be rectified on line through their “HELP” page and I give you credit.

Scam site in my opinion. Don’t waste your time or money.

Total waste of time and effort. They do not use your stated preferences in sending recommendations and their customer service response clearly states that their system is not set up to honor any defined preferences.

Lots of hype and very little substance, many of the profiles are fault and no longer active. Worse than this site actively interferes in your choices by suggesting what age people should seek, and get you locked in certain age against your choice. I would highly recommend people search other online dating entities before joining in.

Don’t waste your time looking for a true connection with an altruistic person here.

Very expensive and they will charge you for each message.Stay away.Now, the site has contacted me for more information after writing this, I will explain in detail.The critics of this site are giving hard facts.As soon as I took the promo of 2.99 GBP, they tried to withdraw 96 GBP, so the bank contact Ed me and blocked it.The customer care is worse, interested in taking money but the response takes a week.I paid for 20 credits each between 24 hours as I didn’t get service and still no access but the money is gone.The good reviews here are doubtful as anyone can post here.I have solid proof and the services are not worth the amount.Keep away if you don’t want to be bankrupt.

I initially liked the interface for this online dating site. But wow, it is the most expensive site ever with that so called “one-time activation fee”! No other site that I have found charges an activation fee. Well, this week I learned that the one-time activation fee is charged EVERY TIME you subscribe. I initially paid for a 3 month membership and I accepted the one time fee, ok. Then I took a 4 week break and stopped paying but kept my profile active on the site. This week when I went to subscribe for another month, they are charging me the ONE-TIME activation fee, again, 4 weeks later! What a ripoff, they now say it is a fee charged every time you subscribe…so why in the heck would you call it a ONE TIME activation fee?! So misleading to customers, actually outright lying! And what is worse is that you cannot find any mention of this activation fee and the rules around it in their terms and policies! I will not come back to this site, even if they waive the fee, because that is just so wrong, such a glaring online scam!

VictoriaHearts pretend to help against scammers and not to send money meanwhile men think this site is genuine and they have fake beautiful women as robot to make men to pay for the membership so they can contact those women that dont exist in the site.

Faked response. Dont pay money join them. It should be eliminated. It is not working but cheat my money. I want cancel my membership and get my money back!
