Cancelled in cooling off period but still can’t get the refund they promised me. Scammers.

I feel like a moron for paying for a 6 month membership without reading reviews first! This site is awful. So expensive to be shown a few hand picked singles each day without being able to search through profiles yourself. Absolute waste of time.

I cancelled my subscription a year ago and they debited my credit card again this year – now way to make contact with them apart from a contact form which seems to go nowhere.

Wish I had read reviews, I paid and shortly after never went back in. Customer service non existant would never revisit or certainly would not recommend!! Customer service ignored my requests comments about age bracket and kept sending profiles of men ten years older, waste of money!!!

Absolute scam, if you’re serious about meeting someone, this site will mislead you, take your money for minimum of 6mths and then send you limited prescribed matches which do not even match what you are looking for…a total fabrication and exploitation…left after 6 weeks, despite having paid for a 6 mth subscription it was that bad…and you’re not reimbursed….save your money, definitely do not bother. Don’t touch with a bargepole, waste of time!

Avoid like the plague. Terrible service not clear terms.

Have not been able to get on the site for a few days….says error, tried logging off and logging back on again. And of course because I cannot get into it I cannot ask for help. Get your act together. Terrible reviews on here.

I joined the site To meet someone nice. All them and asked me my breast size, or were full of promises. One guy really likes sent me messages and songs. I rather fell for him but when my daughter ran him through the black dark web, turns out he was a complete scammer and fraud. I would not recommend this site to anyone it’s rubbish don’t pay the money

This company is a complete scam – a business model built upon auto-renewals at a high price. Which they steadfastly refuse to make easy to cancel.

DO not use this site. First time I have ever used one of these sites. I wonder if it’s all a scam. There is no contact number for customer service. I joined for 6 months. Then at a minute past midnight after the 6 month deadline, they tried to take 227 euro for a year’s fee without any warning. Fortunately my bank stopped it. It prevents you cancelling your subscription on the site even though there is a cancel button. It suggests you use a contact form – couldn’t find one and you can’t delete your profile without contacting customer service. Of course nobody has been on dates under the current circumstances so we should really be getting a refund but these guys are just scammers.

Just dreadful, could write a long list but can’t be bothered – good example can’t even find the contact form to complain. Just awful – stay away.

If I could give no stars I would. There is no filter. Age, location, none of this matters.They just send anyone who is of the opposite sex. And the profile is useless. No important questions are asked, and it wouldn’t matter anyway. The website is terrible. Please don’t bother with this site if you haven’t already signed up. Its basically tone deaf and useless.
